1: General Conditions

Circuit Center sells new, used, refurbished, and for-parts electronics. 

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that device condition may vary and that grading descriptions should be reviewed carefully. 

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order for any reason. 

2: Product Descriptions 

We strive to describe and grade all items accurately.

Each listing includes:

 - Condition grade (A-E)

 - Functionality details

 - Included accessories

 - Missing parts (if applicable)

For-parts items or non-working devices are sold as-is and non-returnable.

3: Pricing & Availability 

Prices may change at any time without notice. 

We reserve the right to:

 - Update pricing 

 - Discontinue items

 - Limit quantities

 - Correct listing errors

If a pricing or availability mistake occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4: Payment  

We accept various payment methods depending on platform:

  - PayPal

  - Credit/debit cards

  - Other secure processors

Circuit Center does not store payment card details. 

5: Shipping

Shipping terms follow our official Shipping Policy. 

Once an order leaves our facility, ownership transfers to the carrier. 

Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address. 

6: Returns & Refunds 

Return eligibility depends on the product category:

Working devices:

May be returned within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. 

Defective on arrival:

We will replace or refund after inspection.

For-parts / Not working items:

Final sale. No returns or refunds.

Devices must be returned in the same condition as delivered. 

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was our error. 

7: Warranty

Circuit Center provides a basic functional guarantee on arrival for working devices. 

We do not offer long-term warranties unless explicitly stated in the listing. 

8: Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

 - Resell listings without disclosure

 - Attempt unauthorized access to the website

 - Misuse the website for illegal activities

 - Submit false information or fraudulent claims

9: Limitation of Liability

Circuit Center is not responsible for:

 - Data loss

 - Improper device usage 

 - Buyer-installed damage

 - Compatibility issues unless stated in the listing

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price. 

10: Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted with a new "Effective Date"
